Cereals: From Field to Bread

At Podere al Centro, the
bread and Tuscan schiacciata are not simple products, but the result of a
virtuous cycle that starts from the earth and arrives directly on your table.

We select our own
cereals with respect for nature and for the Tuscan agricultural tradition, obtaining
ancient grains and fine varieties that give flavour and digestibility to the
our products. After harvesting, the wheat is milled using traditional methods
artisanal to preserve all their nutritional properties, giving life to flours
whole and genuine.

It rests for a long time, developing intense aromas and a unique, crunchy consistency.
