With the arrival of new generations come new ideas, and with them, new products. The honey we offer is one of them. The attention to and respect for nature that distinguishes us led us to explore this sector, choosing to practice organic beekeeping within the Tuscan supply chain. Starting from the Chianti hills, passing through the Val di Cecina, and reaching the Garfagnana mountains, we move our beehives to pristine locations, guaranteeing the authenticity and naturalness of our honey. During the season, our bees were able to produce 3 types of honey: sulla, chestnut, and forest honeydew.

Sulla honey

Sulla honey is light in color, straw yellow when liquid, and white to beige when it crystallizes. The aroma is delicate and floral, reminiscent of wildflowers and white apple and peach blossoms. The taste is equally delicate and pairs very well with cheeses, herbal teas, or homemade desserts. Excellent with yogurt or rusks.

Chestnut honey

Chestnut honey is dark, tending towards brown, with slow crystallization.
The smell is very strong and distinct. Its taste is bitter and not very sweet. It pairs perfectly in the kitchen with different types of meats or aged cheeses. It stands out from all other honeys for its extraordinary beneficial properties thanks to its high pollen content: rich in proteins, vitamins B and C, and mineral salts; it has antibacterial and antioxidant properties and can be
used as a treatment for coughs and sore throats.

Honeydew honey

Honeydew honey is a very special type of honey, as it is not a product derived from flower nectar, but rather from a substance produced by homopterans, insects that suck the sap of the plants they feed on. As they consume it, they release this sugary substance from which bees produce this fantastic honey. It appears as a very dark honey, almost black. Its consistency is very dense. The smell is strong, recalling notes of wood, caramel, and liquorice, and its taste matches this description.
