Characteristics of Wine
77 is a wine produced mainly with native Ansonica grapes, grown in vineyards overlooking the sea on the Giglio Island, vinified and aged in small oak barrels. It is served at a temperature of 16-18° and is ideal with traditional Tuscan and island cuisine, both meat-based, Cinta Senese cured meats, cheeses, or fish-based in sauce, such as seafood ragù, cacciucco and shellfish. It is also excellent with dishes based on amberjack and tuna.
