Characteristics of Wine
This wine is born from the union between the king of Tuscan grapes, Sangiovese, and the most prestigious French vines, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep ruby red in color and with persistent aromas of ripe red fruit, it has a warm and enveloping taste with important tannins, although not intense.
Ideal to accompany important meat dishes of Tuscan cuisine.
Aging
Aged for 12-24 months in 500 litre oak barrels

Vineyards located in the surroundings of Montaione.

with strong skeletal structure, partly clayey.
Altitude
400 m above sea level.
Exposure
south southwest.
Type of breeding
spurred cordon; 5,500 vines per hectare.

7. Winemaking Technique
Vinified in red with medium maceration of the marc. Aged for 12-24 months in small 500 lt oak barrels
