Characteristics of Wine
This wine is produced entirely with Colorino grapes grown on medium-skeletal soil. The color is deep ruby red with purple red hues.
The aroma is intense and persistent with notes of red fruit, a balsamic and vanilla note is also evident. The taste is enveloping, intense with an important tannic note. Overall this wine expresses the power and “rustic” nature of this grape normally used as a shoulder to Sangiovese.
