Characteristics of Wine
Wine produced with Chardonnay Sauvignon and Traminer grapes. With a deep straw yellow color and intense aromas typical of these vines as well as light vanilla aromas from wood vinification, this wine also has a persistent and intense impact on the taste given by the right balance between flavor and acidity. It goes well with cheese dishes such as Tuscan pecorino or even first courses with white meats. Also excellent as an aperitif.

Aging
Aged in barriques for 12 months.
