Wine Characteristics : This wine is produced entirely with Syrah grapes grown on a soil very rich in skeletal structure and clay . The color is deep ruby ​​red . The aroma is intense and persistent with notes of red fruit and spices (pepper). A note of wood is also evident. The taste is enveloping , soft with tannins that are not too aggressive. Overall, this wine expresses a marked elegance and harmony between the various components.

Ageing : Aged 24 months in small 5001 oak barrels
